Our Story

Built by engineers who were tired of fragmented programs.

SEMI TRANSIS started in 2013 when two verification engineers left a mid-size fabless startup frustrated by how many hand-offs it took to get a chip from RTL to a shipped product. Design sat with one vendor, verification with another, firmware with a third and every hand-off cost weeks of context.

We built SEMI TRANSIS to close that gap: one team that owns architecture, verification, physical design, and the firmware that boots on the silicon afterward. As client programs grew, so did the need for engineers who could work this way which is how our training practice was born, teaching the same workflows we run internally.

Today that means two things under one roof: a delivery team shipping production silicon for automotive, industrial, and edge-AI clients, and a training floor turning out engineers who can step directly into those programs.

Started as a two-engineer verification consultancy working out of a shared lab.

First ASIC tapeout delivered
